New Build Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Build Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of new build property matters, including sales and purchase of equity right to buy shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to drive business growth.
- Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets, demonstrating commercial acumen and business awareness.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A relevant qualification, such as a solicitor, CILEx, or CLC, or experience of managing your own caseload.
- Excellent organizational and process-driven skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Commercial astuteness, with a deep understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- A commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- IT literacy, with experience of using a web-based case management system.
