Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Build Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception to conclusion, including sales and purchase of equity right to buy shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of new build property matters, including sales and purchase of equity right to buy shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of projects.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to generate a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure excellent client care and provide a high level of service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Be organised and process-driven, with excellent time management skills.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
  • Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
