We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safeguarding Officer to contribute to the success of New College Swindon.
About the Role:
The Senior Safeguarding Officer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on safeguarding matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess excellent safeguarding knowledge and skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Location and Hours:
The role is based at North Star and Queens Drive Campus, Swindon, and involves working 37 hours per week, term time only.
Salary:
The salary for this position is £32,267 per annum pro rata.
