About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our Electrical team in delivering high-quality electrical services to our customers. As a key member of our Mechanical and Electrical team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Electrical Supervisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement electrical safety and compliance strategies to ensure a safe working environment for our customers and employees.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver electrical services, including planned and cyclical maintenance, responsive repairs, and electrical safety programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze electrical services performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing electrical services, including maintenance, repair, and safety.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
