N Family Club is a leading provider of early years education, and we're seeking an exceptional Room Manager to join our team. As a Room Manager, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for our expert Educators and leading by example in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to achieve their potential and support the development of children in our care.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with our curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £29,750 - £32,500, with a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year.
  • A choice of a 4-day, 36-hour week or a 5-day, 40-hour week, to suit your needs.
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice.
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks.
  • Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year.
  • Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy.
  • A £100 clothing allowance, as we don't wear uniforms
