We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production of monthly management accounts and financial statements
  • Collaboration with operations teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all financial data and implementing measures to enhance data integrity
  • Supporting the annual group audit process
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and systems
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior accounting staff
Requirements
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with production of Management Accounts and Financial reporting
