We are collaborating with a prominent organization in the care sector, committed to providing exceptional and empathetic care solutions to individuals and communities.
With a focus on quality, they are in search of a skilled and proactive Registered Manager to become an integral part of their team, ensuring the seamless and effective operation of their services.
Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated team, ensuring that supervisions, team meetings, work and medication observations, probation reviews, and appraisals are conducted in accordance with established KPIs.
You will guarantee that the support provided to our service users aligns with their agreed care plans, risk assessments, and adheres to professional guidelines as well as statutory/legal obligations.
The safeguarding and welfare of our service users is central to our mission, and this principle must be reflected in the support we provide.
Your role will involve conducting assessments for new care packages, participating in professional meetings, ensuring compliance with CQC and local authority regulations, leading on safeguarding matters, and maintaining up-to-date risk assessments.
As the Registered Manager for our supported living services, you will hold the necessary registration with CQC.
You will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and participate in board meetings and senior management discussions to facilitate company advancements and enhancements.
With the backing of the operations team and collaboration with other departments such as training, finance, business, and HR, you will be expected to manage a diverse workload, meet deadlines independently, and employ problem-solving skills effectively.

To thrive in this position, you must possess CQC registration, hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management, and have a valid driving license.
