We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our Recruitment team. This role offers a full-time opportunity with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

The Recruitment team collaborates closely with various HR functions to provide a proactive and efficient human resources service. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Employing a range of direct sourcing methods to proactively identify top talent for the organization.
  • Attracting and selecting the finest candidates for legal support roles across all UK locations through tailored campaigns.
  • Conducting candidate screening calls to ensure alignment of skills with role requirements and to inform candidates about the nuances of contract work.
  • Providing a shortlist of candidates based on the specifications outlined by the Recruitment Advisor.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to manage interview schedules effectively.
  • Arranging necessary venues for in-person interviews and setting up virtual meetings as required.
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders following interviews when necessary.
  • Managing candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process and ensuring timely communication and documentation at each step.
  • Informing unsuccessful candidates via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Overseeing the candidate experience throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Assisting the Recruitment Operations team with any outstanding candidate screening needs.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Recruitment and HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment team is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and engaging suitable candidates.
  • Experience in providing administrative support within an HR or Recruitment context is beneficial.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using an ATS for managing vacancies and candidates.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for daily interactions with Hiring Managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines efficiently.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to assist team members as needed.
  • Basic understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment in a legal environment.
