Product Support Engineer Opportunity

Fully remote or hybrid work options available in Cambridge, with 1-2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line technical support to customers.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and train customers on software products.
  • Work with a dynamic team to develop cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL).
  • Basic programming skills (SQL, Bash, JavaScript, Python).
  • Geospatial mapping software knowledge advantageous.
