Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Significant experience in software development, particularly in creating scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Thorough understanding of AI/ML principles and experience collaborating with data science teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions.
  • Expertise in Python and web technologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly prototype and develop proofs of concept and demonstrations to illustrate complex technical solutions.
  • Strong proponent of code quality, best practices, and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds.
  • Established track record of providing technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
