Buchanan Consultants Graduate GIS & Digital Traffic Order Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Consultant to join our team in Newbury, Berkshire. As a Graduate Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in delivering their Traffic Order management requirements.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hours) with a salary range of £22,500 - £25,500, plus performance-related bonus. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including cloud-based Digital-TROs and Connected Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in delivering Traffic Order management requirements for clients
  • Work independently and within project-specific workstream teams to deliver projects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Office, databases, and geographical information systems (GIS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, databases, and geographical information systems (GIS)
  • A degree in Geography, GIS, or related field. A related postgraduate qualification would also be advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively, productively, and on your own initiative as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
