We are seeking skilled manufacturing technicians with a robust background in CNC operations to join our dynamic team. As part of our growth strategy, you will be instrumental in setting up and operating high-precision optical manufacturing machinery to produce optical components.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate advanced optical manufacturing equipment to create high-quality optical components.
2. Program and fine-tune process parameters tailored to specific optical materials.
3. Conduct high-precision surface metrology measurements using interferometers and other sophisticated instruments.
4. Assess and refine process parameters, addressing any deviations from established tolerances.
5. Maintain comprehensive records of machine settings, process modifications, and generate performance reports.
6. Manufacture optical components and assemblies adhering to the highest quality standards.
7. Inspect and validate your work and that of colleagues to ensure product excellence.
8. Interpret technical drawings and process documentation to execute all manufacturing tasks effectively.
9. Analyze existing manufacturing processes (CNC and traditional) to identify potential improvements.
10. Ensure accurate data entry into the company ERP system, maintaining operational data and labor hour records.
11. Contribute to the implementation of LEAN and Continuous Improvement practices to minimize waste in material usage and process flow.
12. Maintain a clean and organized production area, minimizing hazards.
