Position Overview
Due to a significant rise in demand, our client is expanding its workshop team and is eager to welcome motivated individuals who have experience in preparation, masking, and finishing processes. While experience in the aerospace sector is not mandatory, candidates should have relevant skills from previous roles.
Workshop Environment
The workshop is equipped with the latest tools and machinery, providing a comprehensive range of equipment necessary for this type of work. Competitive pay rates are available for those with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Surface Finisher, your duties will encompass:
- Preparing composite or aluminum panels using handheld tools
- Employing measuring instruments such as micrometers and verniers
- Learning to interpret and read technical schematics
- Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools
- Filling panels in preparation for spraying
- Preparing units for finishing through sanding and smoothing

While prior experience in the aerospace industry is not required, candidates must possess relevant experience in a similar field.
