**Salary - £28,000**
**Location - Bar Hill, Cambridge, office based**
**Hours - 08.00-16.45 (Half day on Friday's)**

To be successful in this position you will have extremely strong administration skills, have worked within a procurement team ideally within a production/manufacturing company

You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be energetic, have outstanding communication skills and have strong excel skills

**Main Duties**
- Update the Sales Team with information about deliveries.
- Updating the Sales Boards with Supply Information.
- Sending Purchase Orders.
- Adding order acknowledgement information to MRP system.
- Ad-hoc helping the stores team.
- Raise Requestion Orders
- Run shortages reports for Customers Orders.
- Chase Vendors for delivery information.
- Updating Schedule for parts to be delivered.
- Updating teams with prices changes.
