We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Completely Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our nursery, ensuring a safe and happy environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the nursery's budget and finances, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policy and OFSTED requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and appraise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and qualifications to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with area managers to ensure a smooth handover and effective communication within the nursery.
  • Ensure the nursery is managed in line with company policy and OFSTED requirements, maintaining a high standard of care and education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in childcare and education.
  • Proven experience working within a management team, with a focus on leading and developing staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of OFSTED requirements and company policy, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
