Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for children in our care, while also mentoring and supporting our team to deliver exceptional care and education.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children in our nursery
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and playwork to promote children's learning and development
  • Mentor and support staff to achieve their full potential and provide excellent care and education
  • Work closely with parents and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare and Education
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse
  • Experience working with toddlers and young children
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
