About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Dingwall Mart Road. As a Seasonal Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Support colleagues during peak periods, such as weekends and holidays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
