About the Role

As an Enablement Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users, helping them set SMART Enablement goals, and fostering independence. You will provide supervision and training to Enablement Support Workers, ensuring the quality of service delivery and maintaining a safe work environment.
