We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Account Administrator to join our team at Mosaic Recruitment Ltd. in Bishop's Stortford.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills and experience in accounts or office administration, with a keen interest in numbers and accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor customer accounts' balances and report on overdue debts.
- Manage payment plans in line with the credit policy and procedures.
- Produce reminder letters to chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
- Regularly refer overdue accounts to the managing agents.
- Perform monthly customer accounts reconciliations.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Accounts or office experience - 1 year (preferred).
- Strong IT skills - MS Office packages, Excel.
- A competitive salary up to £26,000 per annum.
- A permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
- A supportive and dynamic work environment.
