Job PurposeAs a key member of our Executive team, you'll be based at Seal Bay, one of the UK's largest holiday parks. Your role will involve driving sales strategy across all Cove parks, managing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic sales initiatives to build strong sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive home sales, meet company objectives, and market demands through promotion and sales initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing nationwide sales team, ensuring they're aligned with company values and equipped to maximise their sales potential.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, informing annual unit and gross-profit plans and adjusting pricing strategies as needed.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a multi-site senior sales leadership role, preferably within the Park Home Sales Sector.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a record of motivating and managing high-performing teams in achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects and consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
