**Job Summary**

Heathrow Personnel is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Clerk to join their team. As a key member of the freight forwarding team, you will be responsible for handling ocean exports from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage ocean exports, including LCL and FCL shipments
  • Work closely with marine shipping partners to ensure smooth logistics
  • Send pre-shipment alerts and track shipments in real-time
  • Process invoices and manage financial transactions
  • Cover ocean imports as required, ensuring seamless operations

**Working Hours:**

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in ocean export coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
