We are partnering with a leading Northern Ireland law firm to find a skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their award-winning team.
About the RoleAs a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor, you will take a leadership role within the Employment Law department, managing a wide range of complex legal matters. Your in-depth knowledge of employment law and ability to provide strategic guidance will be critical in ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of legal matters
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective legal strategies
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise in employment law
Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in employment law, strong academic background in law, and a proven track record in this area of law. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' needs from a commercial perspective. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
