As a key member of the Victim Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the Commissioning Strategy, driven by the priorities in the PCC's Police and Crime Plan.
About the RoleThe post holder will be responsible for supporting the team in the management and monitoring of services, commissioning new services, and leading on specific projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that victims of crime receive a quality service, and that the outcomes of our work have a significant positive impact on victims.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Victim Services Team in the management and monitoring of services.
- Support the team in the commissioning of new services.
- Lead on specific projects, including developing collaborative working relationships with partners.
- Work on own initiative, prioritizing and responding flexibly to changing demands.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate sound judgement, decision making, negotiating and influencing skills.
