Base salaries range from £30,000 to £42,000. Performance bonuses / OTE's vary from £32,700 to £48,800.

With a structured 40-hour work week and three different shift patterns available, you will have the opportunity to enhance your work-life balance.

Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Monday – Friday with a weekday off, 8am to 4:45pm, plus Saturdays, 8am to 4:30pm.

Our state-of-the-art facilities provide a professional atmosphere for our team while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. We also prioritize exceptional development opportunities, offering continuous training to help you advance as an Audi Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Technicians are tasked with the servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard on the first attempt. Primary duties include electrical and mechanical repairs, covering areas such as suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhaust systems, and air conditioning maintenance. Additional responsibilities may involve servicing and repairs on Electric and Hybrid vehicles, utilizing electronic diagnostic tools, with a focus on components like batteries, drive motors, auxiliary drive packs, and control systems. You will have the capability to install manufacturer accessories and audio systems. A thorough understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its significance to the business is essential. You will be trained to operate additional systems, such as video reporting tools. Completing all service documentation to manufacturer and brand specifications is required. Collaborating closely with fellow workshop team members to continually learn and share expertise.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with experience in the Automotive industry as Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, HGV Mechanics, HGV Technicians, Motor Mechanics, Motor Vehicle Technicians, Car Mechanics, HGV Fitters, Auto Electricians, MOT Testers, or Apprentice Vehicle Technicians. Whether your experience comes from an independent garage, fast-fit center, car supermarket, or main dealership, we are interested in speaking with you. A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. An MOT License is beneficial but not essential. A full UK Driving License is necessary. As long as you can demonstrate solid mechanical and electrical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality work, we have the resources and training to support your career advancement.
