Our new pay plans offer excellent basic salaries and bonus structures, reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset.

  • Basic salaries start from £30,000 up to £42,000.
  • Bonus/OTE's range from £32,700 up to £48,800.

We offer a 40-hour working week with three rotas to choose from, allowing you to manage your work-life balance better.

  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
  • Monday – Friday with a day off during the week 8am to 4:45pm, as well as Saturdays, 8am to 4:30pm.
About the Role

As an Audi Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.

Your main responsibilities will include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.

You will also have the ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment, and will be trained to operate additional systems, such as video reporting.

Working closely with other members of the workshop team, you will constantly learn and share knowledge to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

About You

We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester, or Apprentice Vehicle Technician.

As a minimum, you will hold or be working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

MOT License would also be beneficial but not essential.

You will also need a Full UK Driving licence.
