Your Role

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor, providing essential insights to facilitate accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive Method Statements and Risk Assessments, alongside the Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations as the Principal Contractor.
  • Offering leadership and guidance to all team members.
  • Overseeing labor management to ensure optimal productivity levels.
  • Coordinating with the design team to expedite the release of materials and information.
  • Adhering to the company's Quality Procedures and Manual.
  • Effectively managing subcontractors and the supply chain.
  • Supervising work quality to ensure a seamless handover of projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience within the construction sector, complemented by a degree in a relevant built environment discipline or equivalent trade qualifications. You will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, quality assurance, and best practices. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to subcontractors and clients at all levels will be essential.
