Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit scheduled work activities undertaken by contractors to ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory regulations.
  • Utilize our asset management system (Concerto) to confirm evidence of compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct operational reviews of near misses and incidents, providing end-to-end reporting and coordinating actions to mitigate risks.
  • Identify trends and support Property Teams in finding the cause and solution to these.
Essential Requirements
  • Substantial experience in building maintenance, including good knowledge of technical standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Membership of relevant professional institutes, such as IOSH.
Additional Information

This role is based in Winchester, Hampshire, and requires regular travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
