Senior Employee Relations Manager (Asia-Pac)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our International Employee Relations team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations cases and supporting business change projects with a focus on Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Support business change projects, including HR policies and practices.
  • Liaise closely with the Lead ER partner in Asia on projects requiring language skills.
  • Provide ER situational support in the UK and Asia.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly desirable.
