Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) to join our friendly care home team in Berwick-upon-Tweed. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

  • Salary: £43,223 (dependent on experience)

The care home offers a structured induction programme, including various training courses, and access to clear development pathways for progression within the Care Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and policies
