Skanska, a global leader in construction and project development, is dedicated to building a more sustainable future.

We are seeking a highly motivated Tunnelling Information and Data Manager to join our HS2 joint venture team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the seamless flow of data and information across all tunnelling teams, encompassing both manual and IT-based systems. This includes meticulous collection, documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage the utilization of Power BI dashboards, ensuring optimal performance and consistency across all assets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data integration and project execution.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of data transfer between TPC and PiP systems.
  • Compile comprehensive reports, information, and data from daily production meetings and planning sessions, leveraging both PiP and other sources.
  • Actively participate in site collaboration meetings, promoting standardized practices and efficient communication.
  • Continuously refine our lessons learned capture processes and knowledge-sharing platforms to foster continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
  • A strong understanding of Power BI dashboards and proficient IT skills.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A foundational understanding of tunnelling methodologies, including SCL and TBMs.
  • Ideally, possess a minimum qualification of HNC level in commercial management, IT, or any other STEM-related field.
