  • Striving for the highest quality of work while fostering a positive team environment
  • Continuously seeking to enhance and improve quality standards
  • Meeting the expectations of managers, clients, and the company
  • Responding to reasonable requests from the company or client
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and storage of products, equipment, and materials
  • Utilizing initiative to address issues when appropriate
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct in line with company expectations, including appropriate clothing and PPE
