Internal Sales Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Internal Sales department, where you will have the potential to make the role your own. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting existing and lapsed customers to establish their satisfaction with our products and identifying potential upselling opportunities
- Developing email marketing material for campaigns
- Building relationships with clients and creating a business pipeline
- Arranging appointments for the External Sales team
- Preparing proposals on PowerPoint for presentations
- Working with the Senior Account Manager to develop a sales strategy for the department
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with some soft sales experience and excellent written and verbal skills. You should be able to deliver a first-class service to customers and identify their needs and potential revenue opportunities. A professional telephone manner is essential.
