About the Role

We're looking for a talented Retail Advisor to join our team at EE. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the right products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
