Job Summary

Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Return to Practice Paramedic Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to update their skills and knowledge, leading to a substantive registered practitioner role in one of our supportive teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical reasoning, analysis, assessment, and re-assessment skills to provide therapeutic treatment programs under the supervision of a Registered Paramedic.
  • Be responsible for a clinical caseload, working to agreed therapeutic treatment objectives, and assist Registered Paramedics in carrying out individual treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions as part of a multi-professional team within an agreed scope of practice by a Registered Paramedic.
  • Deliver, plan, and implement an effective and competent therapy program under the direction and supervision of a Registered Paramedic.
Requirements
  • Recognized degree as a Paramedic with HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Paramedic, working with physical difficulties, parents and carers, and within a health environment.
  • Ability to work independently under guidance and supervision.
