Job Title: Care Coach (Senior Carer)

Compensation: £25,377 (annual salary) plus attractive on-call incentives | Potential bonuses for new hires and referrals up to £300.

Work Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (9:00am-5:00pm) with occasional evening and on-call responsibilities.

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Liverpool (L7)

The Care Coach (Senior Carer) collaborates with Service Users, their Care Support Workers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of care. You will embody the company's values, promote best practices, and empower staff to excel in their roles.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related duties are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support staff in delivering outstanding care through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Facilitate Best Practice and Support Sessions with team members.
  • Share effective practices and equip staff with the necessary training to ensure quality care.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new caregivers through observation and guidance.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to staff and service users.
  • Offer additional support for complex care packages.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Meet Care Quality Commission standards consistently.

While prior experience in care is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
