Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Professor of Gastroenterology within the University Department of Medicine. This pivotal role involves a variety of administrative and executive support tasks essential for the smooth operation of the Professor's office and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative assistance to the Professor and his research team.
  • Coordinate and organize conferences, seminars, and other academic events.
  • Manage financial aspects, including research grants administration and budget oversight.
  • Assist with human resources administration and related tasks.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a relevant administrative or executive assistant role. We are looking for a self-driven and organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
