About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Care UK. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of nutritious and diet-sensitive meals
  • Develop and implement menu designs and plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Manage stock control and adhere to food cost guidelines to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Train, supervise, and develop a team of chefs to help them reach their full potential
