Welcome to Care UK, a leading provider of care services. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Charlton Lodge, a new luxury Care Home located in the heart of Wantage.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality meals to our residents. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the kitchen, developing nutritious and diet-sensitive meals, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Manage stock control and adhere to food cost guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
- Train, supervise, and develop a team of chefs to help them achieve their full potential
