About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Manager to join our Commercial Schemes division at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our property owners insurance scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading and operations of the branch, ensuring all SLAs and performance metrics meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and develop a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff.
