Join Our Team as a Commercial Renewals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Renewals Manager to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate & Commercial division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Cheltenham office. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day trading and operations of the Branch/Department, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics meet or exceed target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day trading and operations of the Branch/Department.
  • Ensure all SLAs and performance metrics meet or exceed target.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Exhibit a keen understanding of financial principles and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for business growth from either Insurance, Financial Services or Retail industries.
  • Ability to coach and deliver operational training.
  • Stakeholder management to be able to operate effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external suppliers and partners.
