Marketing Innovation Lead

About the Role:
At Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, we are committed to driving growth and innovation in the Flavour Concentrates category. As part of our Mission 2025, we have identified a significant opportunity to expand our presence in the global market by flavouring more water occasions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our efforts in this area. As the Commercial Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision for Flavouring Billions of Water Occasions (FBWO) by defining the opportunity and setting out a roadmap and framework to deliver transformational growth.
The role will involve leading an FBWO Squad, setting and leading the strategy in an agile way to bring key initiatives to market while working closely with our Business Units. You will own key programmes to flavour more water occasions globally and build Britvic brand positions.
To deliver this, you will need a clear strategy and a cross-functional plan that creates behaviour change with consumers and plans that are supported by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define opportunities across all our key markets to accelerate the growth of the Flavour Concentrates category by accessing more water occasions.
- Develop and implement a step-change thinking approach to launch innovation or initiatives where we get to market quickly and learn.
- Coordinate in-market tests with business units and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure key growth initiatives land in the Business Unit Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and are brought to life across the commercial function to build cross-functional engagement and inspire delivery.
- Build relationships and leverage external partners (agencies, freelancers, partnerships) to achieve your goals/results.
- Manage performance metrics of accountability.
Requirements:
- A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record in leading new transformational thinking and launching new products in the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with the end consumer in mind and with consumer insights/data is required; experience within Food and Beverage is a plus.
