Job Title: Flexible Retail Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business results.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, receiving and processing deliveries, and completing audits to ensure stockroom organization and efficiency.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required to support the team and drive business results.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and competitor activity, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, using problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and competitor activity, to provide expert advice to customers.
