Job Summary

Motus Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to lead our team in Somerset. As a key member of our commercial law firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of planning applications, enquiries, and support projects for national FTSE 250 and regional house builders.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in planning law. You will be working closely with clients to provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters, including major planning applications, planning enquiries, and planning support on individual projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of planning applications, enquiries, and support projects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters to clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their planning needs and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of planning services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
