About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential home in the Chesterfield area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing mental health services and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless care pathways
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a mental health setting
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
