Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support to service users
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless care pathways
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a mental health setting
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
