Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Hybrid Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through warm leads, building strong relationships with consumers, and meeting realistic sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales: Call through warm leads to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Build Consumer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a telesales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with consumers and colleagues.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
