About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring accuracy and data integrity, and liaising with local authorities, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Process internal and external inquiries, and ensure all company processes and policies are adhered to.
- Record and maintain accurate project data and client information in our systems.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring timely invoicing of completed works.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
