We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and social development.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between young people, staff, and the wider community.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to CareTech's policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (desirable).
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Willingness to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on, plus night sleep, and 4 days off, rolling rota.
