About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Community Mental Health East Admin Team based across Lichfield and Burton-upon-Trent. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy reception and admin team, working in both geographical locations on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a large number of incoming calls, which can be challenging, distressing, and of a sensitive nature.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their family, or carers, and produce quality documents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Welcoming service users and their family or carers into the service on arrival.
  • Produce both standard and bespoke letters via RiO, our clinical record system.
  • Complete a wide range of administrative tasks from an electronic workflow inbox.
  • Scanning, uploading, and copying documents.
  • Room bookings via Outlook room calendars.

Requirements
