About the Role:
Pear Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in South West London. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury properties in Zone One, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with high-end clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the best possible results for clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in residential sales or new homes market, preferably in London or the Home Counties
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of the London property market and ability to stay up-to-date with market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
