Job Title: Childcare Team Leader (Must be Early Years qualified)

Location: Various Neilson Beachclubs across the Mediterranean

Reports to: Children's Club Supervisor/Manager

Salary: Up to £630 PCM gross + Shared accommodation + flights, meals + great overall package

Role Overview:

The Childcare Team Leader position is a qualified role. To be considered, your qualification must meet the Early Years criteria. In addition to a valid First Aid certificate, we are ideally looking for candidates holding an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare or a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team that creates a fun and engaging environment for children.
  • Organize and supervise a diverse range of stimulating activities tailored for children aged from 4 months to 17 years.
  • Ensure that all activities are enjoyable, engaging, and appropriate for each age group.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all childcare areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's needs and activities.
  • Manage the logistics of daily operations, including the setup and breakdown of activities.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare or BA Hons in Early Childhood Education.
  • A vibrant personality with a passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various hours as required.
